Adam Holland Wells - Writer

Adam began writing for stage at the Nottingham New Theatre, where he had five of his pieces produced between February 2011 and September 2012.  For his work writing and directing The Off-White Horse, a piece dealing with a dysfunctional family with a heavily autistic daughter Adam was invited to be a part of the International Student Drama Festival ensemble in 2012.

Adam has now written seven original plays, two original musicals and one adaptation for stage of a short story. Of these, five original plays and the adaptation have been performed in venues in Nottingham, Edinburgh and the Wirral. His work has ranged from historical fiction to satirical musical comedy and even scripts in complete Iambic Pentameter. He relishes the opportunity to work with such a talented composer as Libby and believes that the respective aspects that they bring to the table blend beautifully to create fresh and exciting new drama.
